ASD 21 - Tax Accounting Manual Payments

This metric is important to the Accounting Services Division (ASD) to ensure that the requests we receive are processed in a timely manner. It is important to our customers that we process these timely and accurately to prevent potential delays/issues with taxpayer accounts or with internal accounting processes. If mistakes are made and not caught, it could have a negative impact in both areas. Goal is to be above the 95% timely threshold each month.
